Disc one, the title disc itself, is a 13 track, refurbished version of the unreleased fifth album originally produced for Columbia Records by Neil Giraldo in 1983. Robby Turner and Steve Forbert produced this "20/20 hindsight" edition. The track list is as follows:

Disc two will consist entirely of previously unreleased Forbert originals. These studio demos, produced by Steve during 1984 and 1985, all feature The Flying Squirrels - John Leventhal, Paul Errico, Frank Campbell - along with drummers Gary Burke and David Rosenberg. 14 tracks in all:

Disc Three features live recordings with The Flying Squirrels. Five of the songs on disc three are Forbert originals that have yet to appear on any album and were recorded at a February 25, 1983 show in north New Jersey. The late Wells Kelly appears on most of disc three. The 12 tracks include:
