Question #1 - Why do I need an account?
Answer #1 - In order for you to be able to ship an order to more than one address or to enclose a gift card, we need you to choose an id and a password. This also allows our computer to store your gift recipient's shipping information for your next visit.
Question #2 - What is the "New Gift Recipient" box for?
Answer #2 - Just type a name to remind you who that gift is for. For example type "Aunt June" and after you begin the checkout process you will be asked to supply Aunt June's address and have the opportunity to enclose a gift message. This information will be stored on our server and the next time you pick out a gift for your Aunt June you will be able to select her name in the top box.
Question #3 - How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Answer #3 - Because each of our products is homemade and packed carefully by hand, we ask that you allow 7-10 days for your gifts to arrive. We will ship your gifts directly from our farm in Holley, NY.
Question #4 - Where do I find the "Promotional Code" box to enter my discount code?
Answer #4 - This box is at the bottom of the page, below the address fields, on the page that says "Checkout" at the top.
